As a cultural sustainability organization we document African American and African diasporic culture through oral histories, photographs and videography and provide community centered programs. Our Community on the Line: Documenting the Urban Soul Line Dance Culture in Philadelphia, New Jersey and Delaware made history. Our workshops include such traditions as quilting, African Drumming and Dance, dollmaking, hip hop, the blues, storytelling, soul line dancing, foodways, hair wrapping, aromatherapy, Latin dance and traditional healing arts. We present panel discussions, curate Black Doll exhibitions and produce festivals including the Annual Willingboro Kwanzaa Festival with community partner organizations. Our newly initiated Youth Storytelling Group performed at the Willingboro Kwanzaa Festival in 2024.
In FACT partnered with Queen Nur LLC to document the Soul Line Dance Community in the Philadelphia, New Jersey, Delaware Tri- State Area as part of the Widening the Path Project for the Library of Congress.
Almost 1000 files make up the collection. The Collection was celebrated at the Library of Congress on

TALE OF TWO TASTES
Is a cultural food event that has your taste buds poppin', music hoppin', and culture non-stoppin' as we explore the food cultures of two African Diasporic foodways and cultures.
Art is expressed not only visually in culture, but also in what we eat. In addition to being an art, food is an expression of cultural identity, of a community's history, its values, and its relationship to place. When we share a meal with our community members, we reinforce community bonds. When we offer our foodways to others, we invite them to understand our culture and explore our commonalities.
